SN gave WRM a whole boxcar load of cut off wire ends (for the 3 bolt clamps). I've stripped hundreds of those. It's not rusty because the galvanizing is holding out on that one. WRM's supply is a mixed bag. the giveaway is if the wire is bendable. The modern guy wire is very hard to bend but SN (and WRM) use soft stuff custom made for us.
