Moraga doesn't have old houses as in this picture. Most likely the caption refers to the name of the car, which is Moraga, not the town.

I'm pretty sure this is School Street in Moraga or thereabouts. There are some old red barn style buildings along this street and I know SN crossed through the town roughly in that area from St. Mary's College towards Canyon.
