This is the Mallard ferry slip. The Columbia Steel Mill (now USS Posco) can be seen in the background.

You can go to Google Earth and and see all of what is left of the R.O.W. at Mallard Is. and across the straits at Chipps Is. and beyond. Take in the Battleship Iowa at the Mothball Fleet in Suisun Bay. She is in the third row from the bottom. Her guns are clearly visible.
